The Begining

Hello, World!

And hello again. As mentioned in the description, welcome to the world of Pyrthe!

I'm going to say that a lot. Just warning you.

You may be wondering, just what is this? And I will answer. Crystal City is an imaginary town (yet to be planned/built/blueprinted) thought up by us. We are working hard to promote and expand our city. 

I am the leader, currently. Today is the second day of Pyrthe (I will take this blog down if we disband). Just mentioning - half my members (maybe more) absolutely could not care less. Well, anyway. We currently have nineteen members, as well as five potential citizens. 

Now, I may expand on this idea, and set up an actual system with a currency and everything, where you get money for your job, etc. So far I think most of my members only joined for fun (which I have absolutely no objection to) and started "working" only to get out of classwork. (Again, no objection. Their biz!) At least I have my city planner. Sigh. 

Anyway, (yes, there is more) here are some details of the Crystal City. (My city planner and I thought of these. My vice president did not help. At all.) Number 1: The city is made entirely of stone and crystals. These crystals are native to Pyrthe, and are very rare to planets other than Pyrthe. Not only are they strong and easy to work with (They also come in an abundance. I swear, they grow like plants on steroids! Yes, I did say grow. Wait till the Q&A!) but they change colors and give the city a magical feel. Number 2: The city is surrounded with huge purple trees with gold leaves. Only the color, not the mineral. Shame. Number 3: The equivalent of water on Pyrthe is silvery and clear. Number 4: The native people (us) look like people on Earth except we look kind of like elves from "The Hobbit" or something. Well, sort of. We have a higher range of skin and hair colors. Usually we look like humans, (well, humans but taller and thinner, but the same idea) but sometimes you see a pyrthen with blue skin and orange hair. It varies. And lastly, Number 5: We are an immense city (or we will be once we plan that whole thing out) with pyrthens trained in many crafts. We are kind of like a medieval town on Earth, but more advanced.  

Now, the promised Q&A. I will answer 3 questions. 

Q: Rocks that grow?

A: Yes. On Pyrthe, many things grow. You can mine crystals, but you can also find them in crystal vines, crystal lilies, and many other crystal plants.

Q: What are pyrthens? And what is Pyrthe?

A: Pyrthens are what the natives are called that are live on Pyrthe, which is the planet all this takes place on.

Q: How can I be part of the land of Pyrthe?

A: Comment on one of these posts and I might just allow you to be part of the world!
